Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (the “Policy”) explains how CureNatural handles cancellations, refunds, and related matters for our digital services and offerings. By purchasing or subscribing to any CureNatural service, you agree to this Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. General Principles
1.1 All CureNatural offerings are digital services or virtual consultations. Once a purchase is confirmed, access is generally delivered immediately.
1.2 Because digital content is available upon purchase and consultations reserve professional time, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
1.3 By purchasing, you acknowledge that CureNatural’s content and services are provided for educational and wellness purposes only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See Section 8 for important disclaimers.
2. Online Courses (Digital Content)
2.1 All e-learning courses offered through the Site are one-time purchases.
2.2 Access is granted immediately upon payment.
2.3 No refunds or cancellations are available once a course is purchased, as you have full access to the materials from the moment of purchase.
2.4 Exceptions are only made if:
(a) You are charged in error due to a system malfunction; or
(b) The course is inaccessible for technical reasons attributable solely to CureNatural.
3. Consultations
3.1 When you book a consultation, you reserve a dedicated appointment time.
3.2 Refunds for consultations are only available if:
(a) You cancel within 24 hours of booking, and
(b) Your scheduled consultation is more than 24 hours away at the time of cancellation.
3.3 If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, or if you fail to attend, the fee is non-refundable.
3.4 If CureNatural must cancel a consultation for unforeseen reasons, we will either:
(a) Reschedule at a mutually agreeable time; or
(b) Issue a full refund at your option.
4. Mobile App Subscriptions
4.1 The CureNatural App is offered on a subscription basis through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
4.2 Subscription management, including cancellations, is handled directly through your app store account. CureNatural does not control or override app store billing.
4.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Access remains active until the end of the billing period, after which access to your personalized wellness plan is revoked.
4.4 Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by your app store’s policies. CureNatural cannot issue direct refunds for subscriptions.
5. PDF Wellness Plans (Custom Digital Products)
5.1 The App may allow you to purchase a downloadable PDF version of your personalized wellness plan.
5.2 Because the PDF is custom-generated and delivered instantly, purchases are final and non-refundable.
5.3 If a technical issue prevents delivery of your PDF, contact support [at] curenatural.com within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
6. Technical Issues and Errors
6.1 If a transaction error occurs (e.g., duplicate charges, payment processed but no access delivered), notify CureNatural within seven (7) days by emailing support [at] curenatural.com.
6.2 Upon verification, CureNatural will correct the error by either:
(a) Issuing a refund; or
(b) Providing the missing access/product.
7. Method and Timing of Refunds
7.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7.2 Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or app store. CureNatural has no control over third-party processing times.
7.3 CureNatural is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank, card provider, or app store.
8. Important Disclaimers
8.1 All CureNatural content and services are provided for educational and wellness purposes based on Ayurveda principles.
8.2 CureNatural does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your personal health.
8.3 By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with following dietary, supplement, herbal, or lifestyle suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring you have no allergies, intolerances, or contraindications.
8.4 CureNatural shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, health outcome, or loss arising from your use of the Services.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
9.1 CureNatural reserves the right to deny refunds or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this Policy, or repeated chargebacks.
9.2 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting CureNatural support may be considered misuse and may result in suspension of your account.
