These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you, the individual accessing or using our website, mobile application, courses, consultations, or related services (“you” or “User”), and CureNatural LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States of America (“CureNatural,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website at www.curenatural.com, downloading or using our mobile application, purchasing a digital course, subscribing to a wellness plan, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms apply globally, regardless of the country from which you access the Services, though CureNatural operates under U.S. law as stated herein.

2. Definitions

For clarity and consistency, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned below. Additional definitions may appear in the body of these Terms:

“Courses” means digital educational materials, modules, and programs purchased through our website or authorized third-party payment processors, accessible immediately upon purchase.
“Consultations” means individual or group sessions conducted with CureNatural’s practitioners or affiliated consultants, designed to provide Ayurveda-based lifestyle guidance but not medical treatment.
“App” or “Mobile App” means CureNatural’s mobile software application, available via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which provides personalized Ayurveda-based wellness plans.
“Wellness Plan” means a personalized set of diet, supplement, lifestyle, and spiritual practice suggestions generated by CureNatural, whether through the App, consultation, or other methods.
“PDF Plan” means a downloadable, one-time digital document of a Wellness Plan purchased within the App.
“AI Features” means automated content, recipes, or suggestions generated by artificial intelligence technology integrated into the App or Services.
“Affiliate Links” or “Referral Links” means hyperlinks provided within the Services that direct Users to third-party vendors of foods, supplements, or other products, for which CureNatural may receive a commission.
“Third-Party Services” means independent services, products, or platforms, including but not limited to Apple, Google, Stripe, or supplement providers, which are subject to their own terms and policies.
“Content” means all text, graphics, images, video, audio, data, recommendations, and other materials made available by CureNatural through the Services.

4. Eligibility; Minors; Parental Consent

The Services are intended for use only by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may not use the Services without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. CureNatural does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13), nor does it knowingly permit their use of the Services. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of this provision, we will delete such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Access to the Services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to you in the jurisdiction where you access the Services.

5. Professional Status; Non-Medical Nature of Services

CureNatural operates as a wellness and educational platform rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, a traditional system of health. We are not a medical provider, and the Services are not intended to function as a substitute for medical care. The information, Content, consultations, and plans provided through the Services:

Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;
Do not establish a doctor–patient relationship between you and CureNatural or its practitioners; and
Are not intended to replace consultation with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional for any health-related matter.

You must not rely on the Services as a replacement for medical advice, treatment, or evaluation of any medical condition. If you suspect you may have a medical condition, or if you are experiencing concerning symptoms, you should promptly contact your physician or another licensed healthcare provider. CureNatural expressly disclaims any responsibility for outcomes if you interpret or rely on the Services as medical advice.

6. Emergencies & High-Risk Situations

The Services are not designed or suitable for emergency use or urgent health conditions. You should never delay, disregard, or substitute the seeking of professional medical advice or emergency medical services because of Content provided by CureNatural. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately dial your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the United States) and seek care from qualified medical professionals. The Services are not monitored on a continuous basis and do not provide crisis intervention or emergency medical services. Certain users, such as those with chronic conditions, immunocompromised states, pregnancy, or severe allergies, are advised that use of the Services carries heightened risks. CureNatural expressly advises such users to consult with their physicians before relying on any recommendations provided by our Services.

7. Scope of Services

CureNatural provides a range of digital and consultation-based offerings, each governed by these Terms:

Learning Courses – Educational, Ayurveda-based courses available for purchase on our website. These are one-time purchases, delivered digitally, and provide instant access upon payment.
Consultations – Individual sessions with CureNatural practitioners, during which lifestyle and wellness guidance based on Ayurveda principles may be provided. Consultations do not include medical evaluation, prescription, or treatment. Consultations are appointment-based and subject to availability and scheduling terms.
Mobile Application Subscriptions – Access to the CureNatural App, available through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions provide Users with personalized Ayurveda-based wellness plans and may renew automatically unless canceled by the User.
PDF Wellness Plan Purchases – A one-time purchase available within the App, providing Users with a downloadable and printable version of their personalized wellness plan. Once generated, these digital goods are non-refundable.
Affiliate Links & Referrals – CureNatural may provide links to third-party products such as foods, supplements, or lifestyle items. CureNatural may receive compensation for purchases made via such links but does not manufacture, endorse, or warrant the quality or safety of these third-party products.
AI-Generated Features – In future iterations of the Services, CureNatural may introduce AI-generated recipe suggestions or lifestyle content. Such AI-generated materials are experimental, may contain inaccuracies, and must be independently verified by the User before use.

The Services may evolve over time, and CureNatural reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, subject to these Terms.

8. User Health Responsibilities & Allergy Acknowledgment

By engaging with the Services, you affirm that you are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any foods, herbs, supplements, or lifestyle practices suggested through the Services. You acknowledge that CureNatural cannot and does not account for every possible medical condition, genetic predisposition, or allergic sensitivity you may have. You agree that:

It is your duty to review ingredient lists, product packaging, allergen statements, and cross-contamination warnings before consuming or purchasing any recommended item;
You must promptly consult with a physician or qualified healthcare professional before adopting any significant change to your diet, exercise, or supplement regimen;
You assume all risk of adverse reactions, intolerances, or unexpected outcomes that may arise from implementing recommendations provided by the Services.

CureNatural disclaims responsibility for allergic reactions, drug–nutrient interactions, or any other adverse event resulting from reliance on our Content or Services.

9. Ayurveda Principles; No Disease Claims

CureNatural’s methodology is rooted in the traditional system of Ayurveda, which emphasizes balance among body constitutions (doshas) and natural elements. Our recommendations are directed toward improving general well-being, vitality, and lifestyle balance. We make no representation or warranty that use of our Services will prevent, mitigate, or cure any disease or health condition. Statements appearing on the website, in courses, consultations, or through the App have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory authority. Any examples, testimonials, or user experiences referenced within our Services are illustrative in nature only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Your outcomes may differ substantially from those described.

10. AI & Automated Outputs (Recipes and Content Disclaimer)

CureNatural may, now or in the future, provide features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”) that generate recipes, meal plans, wellness tips, or other forms of dynamic content tailored to your body constitution or personal inputs. By using any AI features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information;
AI systems may produce results that are outdated, unsuitable, or factually incorrect;
Such outputs are offered solely for exploratory and educational purposes and must be independently verified by you before use;
CureNatural does not guarantee that AI outputs will be nutritionally balanced, allergen-free, or appropriate for your medical or dietary circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureNatural disclaims liability for any harm, error, or misunderstanding arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Courses & Educational Materials

CureNatural’s digital courses are designed for informational and educational purposes only. Purchase of a course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the content solely for your individual use. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display course materials;
Use course content for commercial training, professional certification, or resale purposes;
Share login credentials or permit others to access your purchased content.

Courses are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation and are non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete the material. CureNatural does not warrant that course completion will yield any specific health benefit, professional advancement, or qualification.

12. Consultations: Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Consultations are provided by CureNatural practitioners as lifestyle and wellness guidance sessions rooted in Ayurveda. When you book a consultation, you reserve a specific appointment time that is held exclusively for you.

Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of booking provided that the scheduled appointment is more than twenty-four (24) hours away. After this period, all consultation fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a consultation up to twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment time, subject to practitioner availability.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.
Recording: Consultations may not be recorded, transcribed, or reproduced without the prior written consent of CureNatural.

You acknowledge that consultations do not constitute medical treatment, and no medical records will be created or maintained as part of this process.

13. Mobile App Subscriptions

The CureNatural mobile application provides personalized Ayurveda-based recommendations through subscription access available on Apple App Store and Google Play.

Billing and Renewals: Subscriptions are processed through the respective app stores. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by managing your subscription settings within the applicable app store. CureNatural cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Access Termination: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your wellness plan until the end of the paid subscription period, after which access will terminate.
Device and Connectivity Requirements: The App requires a compatible device, operating system, and internet connection. CureNatural is not responsible for performance issues caused by your device, carrier, or connectivity.
Feature Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue App features at any time without liability, provided that material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably feasible.

14. PDF Wellness Plan (Downloadable Product)

Users may elect to purchase a downloadable PDF version of their personalized Wellness Plan through the App.

Delivery: The PDF Plan is generated digitally and delivered directly to your device for personal storage and printing.
Non-Refundable Nature: Because the PDF Plan constitutes a custom, immediately delivered digital product, it is strictly non-refundable once generated.
License: Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the PDF Plan for your own wellness purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication of the PDF Plan in any form is prohibited.
Storage: You are solely responsible for saving, backing up, and securing your PDF Plan after download. CureNatural does not guarantee long-term availability of the file once generated.

15. Third-Party Products & Affiliate Links (FTC Disclosure)

From time to time, CureNatural may include links to third-party websites or recommend third-party products such as foods, supplements, herbs, or lifestyle tools. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning that CureNatural may earn a commission if you make a purchase through such links. You acknowledge and agree that:

Any such inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the quality, safety, or efficacy of the third-party product or service;
All third-party products are sold and delivered by independent merchants subject to their own terms, warranties, and return policies;
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any third-party product or service before purchase or use;
CureNatural bears no responsibility for defects, adverse reactions, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party offerings.

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, CureNatural discloses that it may receive financial compensation through affiliate links, which helps support the operation of the Services.

16. Third-Party Services & Platform Dependencies

Certain aspects of the Services depend upon external platforms and providers, including but not limited to:

Payment Processors: Stripe, Apple, and Google for processing course purchases and app subscriptions;
App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store for distributing and billing subscription access;
Hosting Providers and Technology Partners: Infrastructure providers that support availability and functionality of our Services.

Because these entities operate independently of CureNatural, we cannot guarantee their performance, security, or availability. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the applicable third-party terms, conditions, and policies, including refund policies of app stores and payment processors. CureNatural is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or losses caused by third-party service providers.

17. Account Registration; Accuracy; Security

To access certain features of the Services, including consultations, courses, and mobile app functions, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
Maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate and complete;
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;
Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify CureNatural immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. CureNatural is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

18. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal wellness and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App or website;
Use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access, extract, or index content;
Circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or misstate your affiliation with CureNatural;
Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
Exploit the Services to create derivative products or commercial offerings without prior written consent.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, and CureNatural reserves the right to pursue all available remedies under law.

19. User Content (Reviews, Posts, Feedback)

Users may have opportunities to provide content, including reviews, feedback, testimonials, or other submissions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant CureNatural a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and publish such content for marketing, educational, or operational purposes, in any media, now known or later developed. You represent and warrant that:

You own or control the rights to any User Content you submit;
Your User Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of others;
Your User Content is truthful and not misleading.

CureNatural reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or refuse to publish User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

20. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, wellness plans, courses, and other intellectual property provided by CureNatural (collectively, “Company IP”) are owned by or licensed to CureNatural and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CureNatural grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your individual wellness purposes only. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Company IP;
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit Company IP for commercial purposes;
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.

Unauthorized use of Company IP constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

21. Pricing; Taxes; Currency; Promotions

All prices for Services are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or government charges, which are the responsibility of the User. CureNatural reserves the right to change prices prospectively at any time. Promotional offers, discounts, or coupons may be limited in time, availability, and eligibility. Pricing errors, whether typographical or technical, are not binding and may be corrected by CureNatural without obligation. Where purchases are made through app stores or third-party processors, the terms of those platforms may govern tax collection and currency conversion. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

22. Payments & Billing

All payments for Courses, Consultations, Subscriptions, and PDF Plans must be made in full prior to access or delivery. CureNatural accepts payments through third-party processors, including Stripe, Apple, and Google. By submitting payment information, you authorize CureNatural and its payment partners to charge the designated method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and fees. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. CureNatural is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor, including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with CureNatural may result in immediate suspension of Services. CureNatural reserves the right to contest chargebacks and pursue collection of amounts owed.

23. Delivery & Access to Digital Goods

Access to Courses, the App, and the PDF Plan is delivered electronically upon successful payment processing. Delivery timelines may be affected by internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party service delays beyond CureNatural’s control. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection meet the minimum requirements to access the Services. CureNatural does not guarantee continuous availability and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons. Digital goods are considered delivered once access is provided, whether or not you choose to download or use them.

24. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights are strictly limited as follows:

Courses: Non-refundable once purchased due to instant access.
Consultations: Refundable only if requested within 24 hours of booking and if the appointment is scheduled more than 24 hours in the future. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Mobile App Subscriptions: Managed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time, but CureNatural cannot process cancellations directly. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
PDF Wellness Plans: Non-refundable once generated, as they constitute custom digital goods.

CureNatural does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with Content, perceived lack of results, or failure to implement recommendations.

25. Health Data & HIPAA Disclaimer

CureNatural is not a healthcare provider and does not maintain electronic medical records. By submitting information through the App, consultations, or related forms, you consent to CureNatural’s collection and use of your personal and health-related information solely for the purpose of generating personalized Ayurveda-based recommendations. You acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily disclosing this information;
CureNatural does not guarantee confidentiality to the same standard as medical institutions;
Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law;
You release CureNatural from liability under HIPAA or equivalent health data privacy laws.

26. Safety Disclosures: Interactions & Risks

You understand and accept that:

Foods, herbs, and supplements may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or medical conditions;
CureNatural does not evaluate drug–nutrient interactions and urges you to consult your physician or pharmacist before implementing recommendations;
Pregnancy, nursing, pediatric, geriatric, and immunocompromised users face elevated risks and must exercise heightened caution;
If you experience adverse effects, you should immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention.

CureNatural disclaims liability for any injury, illness, or adverse event arising from use of the Services.

27. Communications & Electronic Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from CureNatural electronically, including notices, disclosures, receipts, updates, and promotional messages. You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notices. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided, but you will continue to receive transactional and account-related messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. You consent to the use of electronic signatures and records in connection with your transactions with CureNatural.

28. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services, including all Content, Courses, Consultations, App features, AI outputs, and third-party links, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CureNatural disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Content;
Fitness of recommendations for a particular purpose;
Merchantability or non-infringement;
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to Services.

No information provided by CureNatural shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

29. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CureNatural, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

Use of or inability to use the Services;
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Content or AI outputs;
Third-party products or services accessed through Affiliate Links;
Allergic or adverse reactions to foods, herbs, or supplements;
Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.

In no event shall CureNatural’s total liability exceed the greater of: (i) the amount you paid to CureNatural in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CureNatural and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

30. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Miscellaneous

30.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which CureNatural LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 30.2 Dispute Resolution (a) Customer Support First If you have a concern, claim, or dispute regarding the Services, you agree to first contact CureNatural’s customer support team at support [at] curenatural.com to attempt to resolve the matter. (b) Informal Mediation If the matter is not resolved through customer support, both you and CureNatural agree to attempt informal mediation in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days before proceeding to arbitration. Mediation shall be conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed, and each party shall bear its own costs. (c) Binding Arbitration If the dispute is not resolved through customer support or mediation, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in the United States, and presided over by a single neutral arbitrator.

You may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if eligible under applicable rules.
Class actions, collective actions, representative proceedings, and jury trials are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

30.3 Force Majeure CureNatural shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, strikes, network or system failures, cyberattacks, power outages, pandemics, or regulatory restrictions. 30.4 Severability and Waiver If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure or delay by CureNatural to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 30.5 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any service-specific rules, and any supplemental agreements entered into with you, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and CureNatural regarding the Services, and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral. 30.6 Assignment You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CureNatural’s prior written consent.
